Mind-blowing central location close to shops, theaters, and restaurants, with easy access to bus and train stations. Incredible breakfast with a wide selection. Very helpful and friendly staff, even being pet-friendly with thoughtful amenities.

Loved the fitness center and the children's play area, perfect for burning off those extra calories from the bistro-style restaurant. And the complimentary Wi-Fi was a godsend, so I could avoid talking to people in the lobby with the free newspapers.

Oh, just a delightful surprise to find noisy drunks in the hotel! Such a charming Finnish tradition.

We had a pleasant stay at Scandic in a great location near the city center and bus stop. The highlight of our experience was the delicious breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from. The hospitality and services provided by the friendly staff made us feel welcome and helped us with any information we needed. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and more attentive staff, this hotel could provide better value for the price.

The hotel is conviniently located in the heart of the city...literally. The staff was very helpful to us. We were able to easily store our luggage until time for our overnight trip via ferry to Stockholm. The receptionist called a taxi for us and it arrived in about two minutes! The breakfast was excellent. As Americans, we expected what is called a 'continental' breakfast but discovered that in Finland, breakfast is a feast!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to walk to all the major sightseeing spots, which made exploring the city so convenient. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy seating area and a large desk. We had a lovely view from our window and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. we had a wonderful experience at this place.

Our double room was extremely small for two persons and as it was in the so called first floor we could not leave the window open at any time.
